Gym Etiquette

Healthy Habits

Stay Hydrated

Half your bodyweight in ounces of water — daily. Sip through your session.

Eat Balanced Meals

Fill half your plate with vegetables, a quarter with lean protein, and a quarter with whole grains.

Recover

Sleep 7–9 hours a night. Give yourself 1–2 rest days each week.
